Dr. Tomas Leng, MD is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician trained at Mayo Clinic. He has conducted clinical research at leading institutions, including the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Mayo Clinic, and other major U.S. children's hospitals. After years of caring for critically ill patients and witnessing documentation delays and communication challenges during resuscitations, he founded ResusSync AI. He leads the company's clinical vision, product validation, and hospital pilot studies, ensuring the technology integrates seamlessly into real-world emergency care.

Lu Li
Lu leads product strategy, operations, and business development at ResusSync AI. A Cornell University graduate, she currently works at Goldman Sachs, bringing experience in technology, operations, and business strategy. She works closely with clinicians to build products that integrate seamlessly into hospital workflows while driving customer discovery and strategic partnerships.

Rong Tan leads engineering and AI development at ResusSync AI. A Cornell University graduate, he previously worked as a software engineer at Google and Microsoft and is currently building AI-powered products at a fintech startup.
