Tomas Leng, MD
Tomas is a pediatric emergency medicine and ultrasound fellow at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami. He completed his pediatrics residency at Mayo Clinic, where he received the C. Anderson Aldrich Award for Excellence in Medical Research. Before that he did clinical research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, including work on COVID-19 inflammatory disease in children.
Having taken part in hundreds of resuscitations, Tomas saw the same breakdowns at every hospital: fragmented communication, delayed documentation, and doses calculated by hand under pressure. He leads ResusSync's clinical vision, validation, and hospital partnerships, and serves on the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Collaborative Research Committee.
Lu Li
Lu has spent her career building quantitative, real-time decision systems in finance, at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and as an interest rate derivatives trader at RBC and BNP Paribas, where she built pricing engines, trade analytics, and execution tools.
She holds a BA and a master's in Operations Research from Cornell, where she won first place at the Cornell Hilton Hackathon and the Most Innovative Award at the Cornell Healthcare Hackathon. At ResusSync she leads strategy, partnerships, and operations, and works on the product alongside Rong.
Rong Tan
Rong builds large-scale production systems. At the fintech company Imprint, he designed the automated payments platform, which has processed more than 500,000 transactions, and led the company's move to AI-assisted engineering.
He also worked on Chrome search at Google and on Bing at Microsoft, where his hackathon project Bing Duo won the Hack for Surface Duo Award. He holds a BS and MEng in Computer Science from Cornell and leads engineering and AI at ResusSync, including the real-time AI pipeline and live dashboard.
